NEW TO STEROIDS? READ THIS

  • Steroids don't build muscle.

Steroids allow you to synthesize more protein – which builds muscle.

  • Let's say, your body can synthesize/utilize 40 grams of protein at a time when you're natty. (make sure that your protein source also has at least 2.5 grams of the amino acid leucine per serving)

 

When you're on steroids, your body will be able to synthesize/utilize MUCH MORE (I am not going to put a number in here, because people misquote me when I use examples – the number varies depending on what type of gear you're running, and a shit ton of other factors)

 

  • The point is - you need to EAT like you're on steroids. You need more calories, more protein, more amino acids when you are on steroids.

 

You think by eating more, you're going to get fat?

  • That's your NON ENHANCED mind talking.

You will not. (ok, if I have to explain – that 'eating' means eating a HEALTHY diet and DOESN'T mean eating whatever you want – then, you should probably just quit now)

 

STEROIDS allow you to work out LONGER, HEAVIER, AND MORE FREQUENTLY.

  • If your on cycle workouts look ANYTHING like your off cycle workouts- you're not working out.
  • You need to workout TO FAILURE. (about 80 percent of my clients as a personal trainer were NOT working out to failure. It's most likely you aren't either. Working out to failure example: If you work out your arms, and you can write your name with a pen after your workout, you're not even close to finishing.

When you are OFF gear

  • It's not fun any more.
  • Guys lose motivation.
  • They get TIRED.
  • When you're tired you start eating shitty

 

THIS is what leads to a loss of gains.

  • The loss of gains is a result of BEHAVIOR.
  • This is SO EXTREMELY COMMON.
  • Personal trainers joke about this all the time. “Well, Mike must be off cycle, he's going home early today.”

 

Yeah, it is exciting to be on steroids, it kind of puts you in beast mode. When you're on steroids, there's a placebo effect, a mindset of “I am in muscle building mode”

There is a HUGE change in mentality being on steroids and being off steroids.

 

THIS LOSS IN MOTIVATION IS THE MAIN REASON WHY GUYS LOSE THEIR GAINS.

 

Wouldn't it be great if there was something you could do to reduce, or even eliminate this loss of motivation?

Besides just maintaining the positive feeling of being motivated - you'd also keep your gains.

 

Well, it just so happens, that the reason you become lethargic after cycle – the reason you're not “motivated” - is because your hormones are all fucked up.

 

What are the symptoms of guys with low testosterone? No sex drive. No motivation. Tired.

 

Do you see where I'm going with this? If you want to keep your gains – RUN YOUR PCT CORRECTLY. The most important part of a steroid cycle – is PCT.

 

But guys just won't do it. They will spend a shit ton of money on steroids, they'll ask questions like, can I run one more steroid with these 3 steroids?

 

When it comes to PCT, they'll ask questions like, can I take one LESS type of PCT?

I will explain to them everything I just explained here-  I get a lot of guys who first decide what they want to do – then ask me what they should do – if I don't agree – they will find some website that agrees with what they WANTED to do in the first place.

Look, I'm not complaining... As someone who sells steroids- these are the best customers.

They see a LOT of gains when they are on steroids... then they lose their gains, so the next cycle they spend even MORE on steroids, and still skimp out on PCT – and their cycles just keep getting more and more expensive.

 

Just so you know – as far as PCT is concerned – this loss of motivation – isn't the only thing you're trying to avoid, as you're coming off cycle.

 

There are MANY MORE side effects that PCT eliminates – but you've already heard of all of those

You know why guys online never talk about PCT – IN DEPTH?

Because its not sexy.

PCT is no fun.

It doesn't get any LIKES.

 

You know what gets LIKES? Guys who talk about how you DON'T need PCT.

Because that's what you would LOVE to believe.

Unfortunately – The internet is a big engine that is fueled by what people WANT TO BELIEVE.

 

If you see something that confirms what you REALLY WANT to believe you will read it. Science doesn't give a shit about likes.

 

Regarding HCG usage


You want to minimize how often you use HCG.

 

The long term use of HCG is know to down regulate your receptors over time. Because of that – I wouldn't recommend using HCG during cycle. However – using it on cycle will produce the desired effects (maximizing the natural intra – testicular production of testosterone)

 

Guys that have high body fat (20 percent or above)


Are likely to experience high aromatizing activity and high estrogen syrum levels. If thats the case, you may want to consider the supplement Diindolylmethane (DIM) and Calcium-D-glucarate (CDG) – these will help you to keep your serum estrogen levels around the reference range (25-44 PG/ML).

 

Dosage of DIMM and CDG:

100mg of DIM 2x a day

500mgs of CDG 2x a day

 

PROTOCOL

 

Make sure you wait until all of the compounds are out of your system before starting PCT.

If you are taking more than one compound - like if you're using Anavar (9 hours) and Sustanon (15 to 18 days) - you'd wait 18 days to start your PCT.

 

Before starting your PCT - you need to TAPER DOWN your Testosterone to TRT levels.  (80-150mgs per week) while stopping all other compounds.

 

Here's an example – If you're running 500mgs of testosterone, you taper off to 250mgs a week for 3 weeks, then 125mgs for 3 weeks

WHILE you are tapering down the testosterone that, if you are using Arimidex -you MUST taper down their AI dosage as well. Otherwise - you will crash your E2 levels.

 

NOW - if all the gear in your system has cleared, if you have stopped all compounds, including, on cycle HCG, or AI -- and when your serum estrogen levels are around the mid top of the range (around 25-44 PG/ML)

 

Then NOW is the time to restart your Hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis

 

run 2000 iu of HCG every 3rd day – do 5 shots.
